1. The society is non-commercial and non-political organization, committed to undertake the welfare and protection of Budgerigar.

2. To promote the exhibition of the Budgerigar by means of Society Patronage.

3. To provide or guide fancier for medical treatment of the sick Birds.

4. To set up Library about the life of Budgerigar and co-ordinate the other societies of similar nature to struggle for the survival of Budgerigar.

5. To work in cooperation with other like minded organizations in different areas where as team birds can be promoted.

6. To unite and foster friendship amongst all Budgerigar enthusiasts worldwide.

7. To constantly strive to improve the Standard and quality of the Budgerigar in Pakistan.

8. To provide information to and liaise with any other interested bodies concerning the Standard for Budgerigar based upon our knowledge and experience.
