I had my first budgie in Class 5 when my maternal Uncle Mr. M. Alam Chughtai & my sister made a 4x6ft cage and we brought few birds with his help. I had to take a break in period of my higher studies, and then keep them again in 2005. I formally joined fancy of Exhibition Budgerigars when I visited a show on advise of Mr. Ghalib Al Nasser on March 23, 2005 in Race Course Park Lahore. 
When I explained them world wide fancy situation, they decided and requested me to formalize a new society with new set of rules which is dedicated for Exhibition Budgerigars, so on January 1, 2006 we formally announced Budgerigar Society of Pakistan after registration with Govt. concern department & World Budgerigar Organization.
